Theapplicationhasfourdifferentdisplaysmodestovisualizethemagneticfield:

-AbsoluteMode:Displaystheabsolutemagneticfieldinmicrotesla(μT)measuredbythemagnetometer.

-NorthMode:Acompasshead-updisplaysthegeographicnorthalongwiththepointerthatdirectstothemagneticnorth(thusdisplaydifferencemagnetictogeographicnorth).

-DeclinationMode:Twoarrowswillbedisplayedtoindicatethedeclinationoftheearthmagneticfield(0°justonequator,increasingtonorthwithbluepointerdirectionuporsouthwithbluepointerdirectiondown).

-RelativeMode:Thismodeshowstherelativestrength(absoluteminuscompensationvector)ofthemagneticfieldinμT.

-AbsoluteMode:DisplaysthereverseaccelerationoftheiPhone(1gupwhenholdsteady).

-X-Rotation-Y-Rotation-Z-Rotation:ThearrowwilldisplaytherotationaroundtheX-,Y-andZ-AxisoftheiPhone.Thedigitalindicatorshowstheanglenumerically(-180°-+180°).Awaytocalibratewillbeaddedwithoneofthenextupdates,soyoucouldusethisasalevel.

-RelativeMode:Thismodeshowstherelativestrength(absoluteminuscompensationvector)oftheacceleration.
